The Human Formation Coalition (HFC) is an amazing ministry lead by our Advisory Board member and ICF-trained coach, Patrick Molyneaux. The HFC “equips equippers” and trains leaders to understand their own gifts and callings—and enables them to draw those strengths out in the teams they lead. HFC has trained hundreds of Catholic priests, religious, ministry, and business leaders, with great success.
And many of our CCC members have already experienced this powerful training and learned to equip their own clients! HFC offers a 20% discount on its Accompaniment Training and Coach Certification for CCC Premium Members.

ACCOMPANIMENT COACH CERTIFICATION

By pursuing this certification issued by the Human Formation Coalition, you will take everything you learned in training and master it through a series of practice sessions with clients you recruit, receive their feedback via a single page form, then meet with a mentor coach between practice sessions to review your clients’ feedback, have your questions answered, and resolve concrete action steps for you to grow as a coach between sessions.
Statement
The Human Formation Coalition believes that forming disciples requires intentional integration of all four dimensions of formation; Human, Spiritual, Intellectual, and Pastoral/Vocational. We awaken leaders to a vision of faith formation that integrates all four dimensions by focusing heavily on Human Formation which is often the most underserved dimension of formation.
