 We’ve officially launched April 2024, but been an unofficial group since June of 2021. What started as a desire to bring together Catholic coaches for occasional fellowship morphed into a 460+ member free online community with regular monthly networking and professional enrichment, including workshops and courses.

Since April 2024, we have been offering a premium membership option to bring even more training, collaboration opportunities, and communion to Catholic life and leadership coaches.

Teresa Wallace is a daughter of God whose vocation is teaching. She has been teaching in one capacity or another since the age of sixteen, beginning as a helper in Vacation Bible School. Even then, she knew she was called to teach.

With thirty years of teaching experience, and as retirement approaches, Teresa now feels called to coaching. She has begun this new journey through training with PCCI and hopes to begin coaching soon.

Her passion is drawing others closer to Jesus through the Catholic faith. She desires to continue her journey with Christ as she remains in prayerful discernment of His will for her life.

Teresa is married to an Army veteran and has no children of her own, but has been richly blessed to help raise her nieces and nephews and to serve as a spiritual mother to many.

Amanda is a ICF-trained Catholic Life Coach, speaker, and ministry leader with a background in customer success. She brings a warm yet strategic presence to every conversation—whether in a one-on-one coaching session or speaking at a women’s event focused on faith and community. For Amanda, coaching is more than a profession—it’s a sacred space in a noisy, performance-driven world where people are invited to just be. With Christ at the center, she envisions each session as a “safe dance in His hands”—guided, supported, and surrounded by care and possibility. Amanda walks alongside women as they rediscover clarity and purpose, especially during seasons of transition.

Her own journey has included battling imposter syndrome and doubts about experience, but through prayer and obedience, she’s learned that when God opens a door, courageously walking through it leads to deeper fulfillment. Amanda now leans into her God-given strengths while helping others do the same.

She also co-leads Victorious Hearts, a vibrant couples ministry inspired by Our Lady of Victory. Born from a desire for deeper Catholic community among married couples, the ministry continues to grow through the intercession of Our Lady. If she’s ever blessed with a daughter, Amanda dreams of naming her Victoria in honor of this mission.

Fun facts about Amanda: A former dancer, Amanda has also developed a deep love for classical music—thanks to her husband, Richie—whose show airs Fridays on the Buffalo Toronto Public Media App. She finds inspiration in the lives of composers, much like the saints: flawed, creative, resilient souls who left behind beauty and wisdom for generations.

Carla Krieman is a life, leadership, and executive coach with a focus on virtue-driven communication. She brings nearly 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning finance, marketing, sales, management, and executive leadership with leading North American institutions.

Today, Carla serves as a speaker and coach to both secular and faith-based organizations, helping leaders pursue goodness, truth, and beauty, one conversation at a time.

Carla resides in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with her husband of 35 years. Together, they enjoy staying connected to their adult daughters and their parish community.

Jean-Marc Dedeyne

Co-Coordinator Barter Coaching 3.0

Jean-Marc Dedeyne spent the early part of his life chasing success, traveling to 25 countries and generating over $43M in revenue with French and American firms. Despite these achievements, he felt empty and without purpose.

Moving to Los Angeles, he helped internationals adapt and pursue meaningful careers but faced personal trials that led him back to God. This spiritual renewal inspired him to guide young men from broken homes toward their God-given purpose.

As a Bilingual French & American Catholic author, life coach, and speaker, Jean-Marc combines his Master’s from EURIDIS, coaching certifications from PCCI and Human Formation Coalition (CliftonStrengths Accompaniment Training), and training with leaders like Simon Sinek, William Arruda, Les Brown and John Maxwell.

He volunteers in various roles across faith and international communities. His upcoming 2025 book shares his journey to purpose and encourages readers to listen to God’s Voice above life’s noise.

Barb is a Strengths Champion Certified Coach® through Professional Christian Coaching Institute, dedicated to helping individuals discover their God-given talents and live out their unique mission. She is a founding member of The Communion of Catholic Coaches, serving on the Barter Coaching Team, and brings over 25 years of experience in business management and administration, parish ministry, and leadership. Her expertise spans team building, recruitment, project management, event planning, teaching, mentoring, and evangelization. Barb is also a trained Spiritual Guide in Ignatian Spirituality.

Family is central to Barb’s life—she has been happily married for 40 years, is the proud mother of six children, and grandmother to five. She views her vocation as a wife and mother as the source of abundant grace in her life. As a Spiritual Guide, Barb draws on her deep Catholic faith, prayer life, and Carmelite spirituality to support others in discerning the Holy Spirit’s movements in their hearts.

In her leisure time, Barb enjoys long walks, coffee with friends, reading, board games, and a glass of red wine.

Cara Stolarczyk is a collaborative talent development consultant who helps move transformational initiatives from vision and strategy to execution. She coaches people to encourage the flourishing of their passions and gifts to joyfully live out their unique and unrepeatable purpose. This cultivation of personal vocation is the heart of her calling to help rebuild the Church and make Christ known and loved.

As a strategic partner to the Diocese of Camden's Director of Discipleship & Leadership, Cara helps develop and execute Gifted Leadership journeys to support clergy and lay leaders in discovering and stewarding their strengths, core motivations and missional callings. Cara also provides various advisory, coaching, consulting and mentoring support to the GIVEN Institute, the Human Formation Coalition and the Inscape Center for Personal Vocation.

Previously, Cara worked as an internal consultant and learning designer in a variety of Learning & Talent Development roles at Merck & Co., Inc. and First USA Bank, and as a research assistant and consultant to Fortune 500 clients at National Analysts Research & Consulting Healthcare Practice and at Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting Practice.

Cara holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Systems, Training Design and Development as well as catechetical certification. She is a certified MCODE core motivations coach, a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach for non-profits and a trained APEST and MPACT coach. Cara and her husband Ted live in the Philadelphia suburbs with their daughter Theresa and their mini-lop bunny Cinnabun.

Roxsan de Vera is the CCC Chief Administrative Operations Officer and systems-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and mission alignment. She is trained through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, a graduate of the Encounter School of Ministry, and a master’s student at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

With over a decade of experience as a quality professional in the biologics and medical device industry, Roxsan developed deep expertise in process improvement, systems thinking, and operational efficiency. She has a proven ability to design and implement workflows that increase clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across organizations.

In her role as Chief Administrative Operations Officer, Roxsan integrates her background in quality systems with her heart for service—bringing structure, strategy, and sustainability to mission-driven work. She specializes in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and building systems that enable teams and leaders to function with excellence, simplicity, and peace.

Her work is rooted in a desire to help individuals and organizations align their operations with their deeper purpose. Through both leadership and coaching, she supports entrepreneurs, ministries, and Catholic leaders in creating environments where people and missions can thrive.

Outside of her professional work, Roxsan enjoys nature walks, traveling with her husband, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.

Margarita Perry has dedicated over 24 years to higher education, serving in various roles at Fresno State, including Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Event Coordination, and Graphic Design. She earned her MBA in 2016 from Fresno State, sharpening her leadership and strategic thinking.
Beyond her professional achievements, Margarita is deeply involved in her parish community, where she actively volunteers. Her dedication includes fundraising efforts to build the parish's physical structure, reflecting her commitment to fostering the growth of the Church. Since 2022, she has been a proud member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, further deepening her faith journey.

A Catholic revert since 2014, Margarita has rediscovered her Catholic faith with profound love and devotion. She continuously grows in her relationship with Jesus and the Virgin Mary, striving to align her will with God's and to live as the person she was created to be. Her faith has been a source of strength and healing, especially as she witnessed the restoration of her relationship with her daughters.

Margarita is blessed with two beautiful daughters. Her eldest, married and expecting her first child, is about to make Margarita a proud grandmother. Her youngest is excelling in her studies at Fresno State, a testament to the faith and love Margarita has instilled in her family.
As Margarita looks toward the next chapter of her life, she is excited to embrace her vocation as a Catholic life coach. With plans to retire soon, she aspires to dedicate herself full-time to coaching men and women who have experienced trauma, offering them hope and healing through the transformative power of faith. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in love, collaboration, trust, and truth, guiding individuals toward self-discovery, purpose, and alignment with God’s divine plan.

Bridget has spent over 18 years in the direct sales industry, as a consultant and leader. Throughout those years she’s guided women in their businesses who were often looking for more than simply business help. These one-on-one conversations often revealed self-limiting mindsets, challenges with life balance and relationships, and she realized there was SOMETHING more these women needed. That something revealed itself to be life coaching. Since that realization, she has been passionately pursuing helping women discern God’s greater vision for their life and aiding them in reconnecting with their dreams. Bridget is energized by cultivating the potential in others, and prioritizes helping clients see connections and purpose in the middle of the mundane AND the miraculous events of their lives.

Bridget pursued her coach training with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and the Human Formation Coalition. She has her masters in music from Catholic University and is a professional cantor as well. Bridget lives in Massachusetts with husband Christopher and their two teenage boys.

Services include book coaching, developmental editing, book doctoring, copyediting, proofreading, and creating book interiors. A Chicago native, Claudia resides in Southwest Florida.

Becky Magnotta is a wife, recent Catholic convert, ICF-Certified Professional Coach (PCC), leadership consultant who lives in Denver, Colorado. She started Homestead Coaching and Consulting in 2015 and has over 1,900 hours of coaching. She brings over 30 years of corporate experience and has held leadership roles with ICF and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) at the local and global levels.

Becky’s values are curiosity and community. She believes God has a purpose for all, and through coaching, we help others realize their magnificence that comes through the glory of God. Because she believes everyone deserves a great place to work, she focuses on middle managers, executives and teams.

Becky is known for her warmth, and ability to listen and build clarity. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from the University of Denver, and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Regis University. A Colorado native, Becky loves to learn new things, travel, enjoy Colorado mountains, and spend time playing music or simply spending time with her husband, Steve, her extended family, and friends.

Donna Ottaviano-Britt is a disciple of Jesus, a loving wife to Joe (her very own St. Joseph), who has coached for 25+ years in multiple environments. She built a breadth and depth of skills and experiences with a global company – serving clients in the US and abroad – before bringing her gifts, talents and expertise to serve the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Camden in 2018.  Donna’s areas of expertise are in leadership, coaching, sales, strategic innovation and learning and development.

She is the first director of the Office of Discipleship and Leadership, and is dedicated to exploring, piloting and evolving the many paths of becoming a missionary disciple – so all can live into their baptismal calling. This involves equipping and supporting the co-responsible clergy and laity in their missionary work in the 21st century.

A critical pathway for discipleship and leadership is creating a culture of affirmation and calling. Donna is creating opportunities for clergy and laity – through coaching – to shine a bright light on the unique and unrepeatable God-given design of each person. These coaching experiences are specifically intended to recognize and celebrate who a person uniquely is. This beautiful gifting remains at the heart of her work in service to the Mystical Body.

In collaboration with key strategic partners, her office has designed, developed and implemented a coaching experience for clergy, the Gifted Leadership Journey. Each priest is provided executive coaching accompaniment to reveal and affirm his uniqueness as a child of God and as a priest of Jesus – uniquely called to the priesthood for his gifts and talents.

Donna is launching a new ‘ministry of accompaniment coaching’ for the laity, so they too can answer their missional calling for which they have been uniquely created. For as St. John Newman said, ‘God has created me to do Him some definite service. He has committed some work to me which He has not committed to another.’

Robert E. Hughes, Jr. was born on 21 April 1963 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the eldest of three children, to Robert E. Hughes, Sr. and Dolores Garrity Hughes.  His two younger sisters, Bernadette Hughes Underwood and Nancy Hughes Naulty are likewise South Jersey residents. In 1964 his family moved to West Berlin (Camden County), New Jersey.  Robert attended the local public kindergarten and then elementary school at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Regional School in Berlin.  He subsequently attended Paul VI High School in Haddon Township, graduating in 1981.

Robert began his college studies as a Pre-Med/Biology major at LaSalle University in Philadelphia before entering college seminary studies at Saint Pius X Seminary and the University of Scranton.  He graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Scranton in 1985.

Bishop Guilfoyle then appointed Robert to theology studies at the Pontifical North American College in Rome.  Robert earned an S.T.B. in Sacred Theology at the Pontifical Athenaeum of Saint Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) and pursued a course of studies for his S.T.L. in Sacred Theology at the Pontifical Athenaeum of Sant’Anselmo.

Robert was ordained to the Order of Deacons at Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome in 1989 and to the priesthood at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on August 4, 1990.

Father Hughes was later appointed to advanced studies at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey where he earned an M.A. in Education with a specialization in administration in 2000.

About Stephanie S. Brown and FWD Coaching & Consulting

Stephanie S. Brown is a daughter of God, called to reflect His light by helping others discover who He created them to be. She brings her whole self—faith, purpose, and joy—into her work. A deacon’s wife, mother of three blessings, and “MiMi” to three more, Stephanie is a Catholic coach, mentor, and founder of FWD Coaching & Consulting. What began as a profession has become a ministry rooted in truth, transformation, and the love of Christ.

Through FWD Coaching & Consulting, Stephanie’s mission is clear: to help people move forward in faith, work, and purpose. She walks alongside leaders, coaches, and professionals as they discern God’s call in their lives and step into it with confidence and clarity. Whether navigating career transitions or leadership challenges, her approach is grounded in the belief that true growth comes from knowing one’s identity in Christ.

Stephanie draws deep inspiration from the witness of Servant of God Sister Thea Bowman, whose radiant faith and bold voice encouraged others to live with dignity, joy, and purpose. Following a rewarding career in federal service—including roles as Chief Learning Officer and senior HR leader—Stephanie answered the call to merge her faith and her work fully. Her work is now a sacred space where the Holy Spirit leads, transformation occurs, and leaders rise—not only in skill, but in soul.

For Stephanie, coaching is a ministry of accompaniment. Just as she was mentored with patience and prayer, she now walks beside others as they grow into the fullness of their God-given potential. Christopher (Chris) Hanes has over 25 years of coaching, consulting, leadership, and training and development experience. He studied Psychology, Business, and Education at the undergraduate and graduate level and earned a M.Ed. focused on adult learning and training & development. Chris is also a Birkman Certified Professional and will earn the ACC and BCC coaching credentials in 2024. Chris has worked in the non-profit and for-profit sectors and has managed and led teams of all demographics, and in many countries, both in person and remotely. Chris serves on the Parish Council at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Parish in Apex, NC.

Patrick (Pat) Molyneaux is a devoted husband to Andrea and father to Therese. He is co-owner of Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood, a chain of flooring stores in Western PA. Over the past 30 years Molyneaux has grown from $2 million in revenue to nearly $30 million. Pat’s Christifideles Laici inspired vision is to help renew the temporal order by bringing beauty and joy to all that Molyneaux touches.

He is a cofounder and catalyst for several ministries and lay apostolates. One of Pat’s callings is helping Catholic CEO’s live out their Catholic faith in the marketplace. Responding to this call, in 2010 Patrick and Andrea founded the Pittsburgh Chapter of Legatus, an organization that helps Catholic CEO’s learn and live their faith.

In 2015 Pat was inspired by the writings of St. John Paul II in Pastores Dabo Vobis section 43 on Human Formation and started helping Catholic pastors and their lay leaders improve leadership and team effectiveness in context of Human Formation. In 2017, Pat teamed up with Craig Cozza to create the Human Formation Coalition (HFC), an ecumenical 501c3 that awakens a robust understanding of the integration of all four pillars of formation (Human, Spiritual, Intellectual, Pastoral-Vocational) within leadership development contexts, but with a special emphasis on Human Formation.

Since 2017 HFC has catalyzed Human Formation coaching and learning opportunities for hundreds of clergy and thousands of lay leaders globally. Furthermore, HFC has trained hundreds of Human Formation coaches globally. In 2020 HFC launched Leadership Circles for faith-based leaders to come together and discover a leadership vision that is aligned with their unique Ephesians 2:10 workmanship/vocational callings. Beginning in 2021 Pat has more actively catalyzed Christian leaders to cultivate personal vocation inside their organizations which (in collaboration with others) included a Leadership Retreat for the Franciscan University President’s Council.  In 2022 Pat was inducted into the Leadership Institute Advisory Board for Franciscan University.

Thanks to her dream of earning a Master’s degree, Andrea was introduced to the world of coaching in the Fall of 2021, as she pursued her goal of being in the first graduating class of Franciscan University at Steubenville’s brand new Catholic Studies program. She accomplished this by graduating in December of 2021, eighteen months after entering the program. Without pausing for a break, Andrea became one of the students in PCCI’s first-ever Catholic Essentials of Life Coaching course, in March 2022, which was quickly followed by the rest of the required classes--and six electives. She is currently on track to receive joint CPLC certifications before the end of 2024.

Andrea is passionate about connecting with others in an authentic and honest manner, honoring their individuality and engaging them with integrity, as they uncover their personal callings through strengths-based coaching and Catholic spiritual coaching. She became Human Formation Coalition’s (HFC) first certified Accompaniment Coach in January 2023 and has written a Christian Coaches Virtue Guidebook at their request. She pioneers with HFC in different projects designed to bring forth the fullest potential of leaders in the Catholic sphere. She is also developing Catholic-aligned exercises designed to help people listen and discern God’s voice in their lives.

She and her husband of 30+ years, Lenny, have three daughters and three sons, and are business partners of Special T’s Packaging, LLC, specializing in protective packaging of industrial components.

Andrea is involved in several Catholic organizations including Encounter Ministries, inner healing and deliverance ministries, and prophetic ministries. Besides spending time with her family, Andrea loves cooking, reading, traveling, and visiting Catholic churches whenever she can.

Michelle is a daughter of Christ, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and she LOVES her coffee with God! She’s been married to her best friend for 31 years and has four incredible children and twin grandchildren.

Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration and received life coach, APEST and Clifton Strengths based training from Professional Christian Coaching Institute and Human Formation Coalition.

Michelle’s gift of motherhood has been her greatest training. Her family would not be where they are today if it had not been for their Catholic faith. She aspires daily to build up the kingdom of God. She loves our CCC community and never takes it for granted.

Linda Delia is a Certified Accompaniment Coach with the Human Formation Coalition, a Strengths Champion Certified Coach®, and a CPLC Certified Life & Leadership Coach with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, where she currently serves as an Academic Advisor.

Her professional training in technology has been the foundation of her career in program development and communication. She has also served in church ministry for over 35 years and enjoys her role as a servant leader, drawing others deeper into their faith. Linda felt God calling her into coaching, after many years of listening, guiding, and deeply connecting with those she served.

She seeks to follow Christ's example of journeying with others, as they encounter the love of the Father calling them to be fully alive in every season of life. It is her joy to accompany them in seeing where God moves in the ordinary places of their lives, discovering their unique calling, and learning to use their gifts and talents, right where God has planted them.
