About the Speaker
Laura Lenz is a leadership coach whose charisms of encouragement, knowledge, and wisdom shape the way she accompanies others in discovering their God-given purpose and call to lead—wherever they find themselves. With more than 20 years of experience informing and guiding leaders in the U.S. Government and law enforcement, Laura brings depth, discernment, and compassion to her coaching.
Her journey, from FBI analyst to full-time mother, and later facilitator, leadership coach, and caregiver, has deepened her understanding of life’s transitions and the need for grace and balance in leadership. Active in her Catholic parish and diocese, Laura is passionate about helping Catholic leaders integrate faith, vocation, and personal growth so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and peace.
